How to use the same microbes used to make bokashi to ferment juiced fruits (e.g., pineapple, apple, pear, ginger) for human consumption. Sample beverages will be served.
In this bokashi workshop, learn about applications to gardening, as well as, food waste and composting. We will make two of the fundamental components of the bokashi method: bokashi sprinkle (also bokashi bran or wheat bran bokashi) and bokashi spray (also Activated EM or bokashi microbes).
