Workshop on Using Bokashi Ferments 7/19/2025 Sat 11-2pm ESB Part 2

Part 2 of 3. 

The 2 bokashi ferments that were made in Part 1 (June 21), the bokashi sprinkle and bokashi spray, will now be ready to use as follow: 

• To treat food waste to make bokashi food waste
• To make bokashi FPE (Fermented Plant Extract, also "EM FPE")
• To amend soil directly

In Part 3 (August 2), the bokashi FPE and bokashi food waste will be fermented and ready to apply. We will apply them to the soil, as well as the EM•5 that was made in Part 1.
